This pattern for finger-less gloves is a satisfying project that will use up that extra skein of wool in the cupboard and can be competed in an evening or two in front of the television.

Pattern: (Knit two)
Cast on 60 stitches using the 2.5mm knitting needles.

Row 13-22: Continue the ribbing pattern of k5, p5 from beginning of row to end.

Ribbing at the fingers

Fold the knitting in half with the right side facing. Align the edges and stitch the side seam closed using left over wool and a darning needle. Allow a 5 cm opening for the thumb. The positioning of the thumb opening starts just below the finger ribbing. Hide any threads in the knitting to finish off the glove. Turn right side out to complete. Repeat to make a second glove.
